1. Overview

Welcome to HnhPrint. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain—in clear, simple language—how you may use https://hnhprint.com (the “Website”), what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. The Website is operated by HnhPrint (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or buy our products. Our store currently serves customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia.

2. Use of the Website

Use the Website lawfully and respectfully. Do not try to break the site, copy code or content without permission, post harmful files, or access anyone’s account or our systems without authorization.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to place an order.

• Account Security: If you create an account, keep your password safe and tell us right away if you think someone else accessed it. You are responsible for all activity on your account until you tell us about any unauthorized use.

3. Products, Pricing, and Accuracy 

We sell wood desk organizers and workspace accessories. We try to show accurate photos, descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, and prices. Still, small differences can happen:

• Natural Materials Vary: Solid wood (Walnut, Oak, Maple) is a living material. Variations in grain pattern, knots, texture, and color tones are inherent characteristics of nature and are not considered defects. No two pieces are exactly alike.

• Screen Colors: Your screen may show colors slightly differently from the real wood finish.

• Props & Decor: Photos often show organizers filled with pens, phones, or laptops for scale. Your order includes only the organizer itself, not the accessories shown.

• Care Instructions: Wood reacts to its environment. Do not expose organizers to long periods of direct sun, high humidity, or standing water.

• Pricing: Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time. If we find a pricing error, we may correct it and cancel any affected order (issuing a full refund).

4. Ordering, Payment, Taxes (DDP), and Cancellations

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation and generate a shipping label.

• Payment: We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. We do not store full card numbers.

• Taxes & Duties (DDP): Unlike many other international stores, HnhPrint operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

  • We Pay the Tax: We cover all Import Duties, VAT, and Customs Taxes for customers in our supported regions (UK, EU, CA, AU).

  • No Hidden Fees: The price you pay at checkout is final.

• Cancellations: Because we ship quickly, you may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided a shipping label has not been created. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

• Courier Delivery: We ship via standard international carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Delivery is typically made to your mailbox or doorstep.

• Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete address and a valid phone number. We are not responsible for failed deliveries if the carrier cannot contact you.

• Inspection: When your order arrives, please inspect the package. If you see damage to the wood (cracks, chips), tell us within 72 hours so we can send a replacement.

6. Return, Exchange, and Refund

Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility and steps in detail. Key points:

• 30-Day Window: You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging (with all foam and protection).

• Return Costs:

  • Defects: We cover shipping if the item is damaged or defective.

  • Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property and Your Content

All content on the Website—text, images, graphics, logos—belongs to HnhPrint and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission. If you share reviews or photos with us (e.g., on social media), you give HnhPrint a license to use that content in our marketing with credit where practical.

8. Warranties, Safety, and Product Care

We want you to enjoy your organized workspace for years.

• Intended Use: Our products are designed for organizing office supplies, paperwork, and lightweight electronics. Please do not overload shelves or drawers beyond reasonable limits.

• Wood Care: Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking the wood.

• Disclaimer: Except for any express warranties we provide, we disclaim implied warranties. We are not liable for damage to your personal devices (phones, laptops) placed on or inside our organizers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, HnhPrint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, loss of data). Our total liability will not be more than the amount you paid for the product involved. We are not responsible for delays caused by events we cannot control (extreme weather, customs holds, strikes).

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws listed below, and you may bring a claim in the non-exclusive courts of your country of residence:

• United States: Laws of the State of Arizona.

• International Customers: You may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country (e.g., UK/EU consumer laws), which are not excluded by these Terms where applicable.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, or applicable laws. We will post the new version here and change the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Using the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
