Shipping Policy

At HnhPrint, we believe that upgrading your workspace should be stress-free. We are committed to delivering your wood desk organizers safely and efficiently to your doorstep. To provide the best possible experience for our global community, we operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means the price you pay at checkout is final, no surprises upon delivery.

1. Shipping Area

We proudly ship our products to the following regions:

  • North America: United States, Canada.

  • Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, and other EU member states.

  • Oceania: Australia.

Exclusions:

  • P.O. Boxes: Due to the size of some organizer sets, we recommend providing a physical residential or commercial address.

  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO): Please contact us before ordering to confirm delivery options.

2. Processing Time & Delivery

Our “Direct-to-Consumer” model ensures streamlined handling.

  • Processing Time: All orders are inspected, packed, and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). To ensure a faster turnaround, orders placed before 2:00 PM MST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, will be handled the following business day. This cut-off allows us to meticulously prepare, pack, and hand over your order to the carrier without unnecessary delays.

  • Transit Time: This is the time it takes for the carrier to move your package from our warehouse to your doorstep. (See the table below for estimates).

3. Shipping Costs & Transit Times

To keep things simple, we offer a flat shipping rate for smaller orders and Free Shipping for larger orders.

Note: Transit times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons.

4. Taxes & Duties

We want your experience to be seamless.

  • DDP Service (Delivered Duty Paid): HnhPrint covers 100% of Import Duties, VAT, and Customs Taxes for our customers in the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia.

  • No Hidden Fees: You will never be asked to pay extra fees to the carrier upon delivery. The total amount you see at checkout is all you pay.

5. Packaging & Assembly

We treat every organizer like a piece of fine furniture.

  • Protective Packaging: We use impact-resistant packaging, including reinforced corner guards and dense foam inserts, to protect the natural wood finish from scratches or dents during transit.

  • Assembly: Most of our wood desk organizers (like Multi-Tier Racks and Drawer Units) come fully assembled and ready to use out of the box. If minor assembly is required (e.g., attaching a monitor stand leg), clear instructions and tools are included.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your label is created, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your Tracking Number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier’s system.

  • You can track your order directly on our website or via the carrier’s portal (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).

7. Damaged or Lost Goods

Despite our robust packaging, accidents can happen.

  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If you find any cracks, chips, or defects in the wood, contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

    • Action: Email us photos of the damage and the outer box. We will arrange a Free Replacement or Full Refund.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, or if there is no movement for 15 days, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placement.

  • After Shipping: Once the package has been handed to the carrier (Tracking Number generated), the order cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the package and follow our Return process.

9. Return & Refund

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

  • Cost: Return shipping fees for personal reasons (change of mind) are the customer’s responsibility.
