Return & Refund Policy

At HnhPrint, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our wood organizers. Each piece is inspected before leaving our warehouse. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not fit your setup perfectly. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent for our customers in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window.

  • You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return.

  • If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in Resalable Condition:

  • Unused: The organizer must be free of ink stains, scratches, water marks, or any signs of wear.

  • Original Packaging: Wood is prone to denting during transit. You must return the item in its original box with all protective foam and corner guards.

  • Complete: All accessories (drawers, dividers) must be included.

3. Return Shipping Costs

A. Defective or Damaged Item (Our Fault)

If your organizer arrives damaged (cracked wood, broken drawer) or if we sent the wrong item:

  • We cover the cost. We will provide a Prepaid Return Label or arrange a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

B. Change of Mind (Your Choice)

If you simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or decided it doesn’t fit your decor:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. You must ship the item back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method.

  • International Note: Shipping wood products internationally can be expensive. Please check measurements carefully before purchasing.

4. Refund Logic (Important for International Orders)

Once your return is received and inspected (within 7 business days), we will process your refund.

  • Refund Amount: We will refund the Price of the Product.

  • Original Shipping Fees: The original shipping fee paid at checkout (e.g., $9.99 or $19.99) is non-refundable.

  • DDP & Tax Deduction: Since HnhPrint pays Import Duties & VAT on your behalf (DDP) for international orders (UK, EU, CA, AU), these amounts are paid to customs authorities and are non-recoverable.

    • If you return an item, we refund the product value.

    • If you refuse delivery of a package, the return shipping cost and any customs fees charged to return the item to us will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Lost in Transit

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

  • Reporting Damage: You must report any shipping damage (cracks, chips, crushed corners) within 72 hours of delivery.

  • How to Report: Email us at support@hnhprint.com with:

    • Your Order Number.

    • Photos of the damaged item.

    • Photos of the outer box/packaging.

  • Resolution: We will send a Free Replacement (priority) or issue a Full Refund.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of placing the order (or before the Tracking Number is generated).

  • After Shipping: Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must wait to receive the package and follow the standard Return process (Section 3B).

7. How to Start a Return

  • Contact Us: Email support@hnhprint.com with your Order number and reason for return.

  • Approval: We will review your request and send you instructions within 24 hours.

  • Pack & Ship: Securely pack the organizer in its original box.

  • Refund: Once received, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
